How do I turn push notifications on or off in my mobile phone?

Each day SuperBetter sends a little reminder to play in the form of a push notification. 

To turn push notifications on or off for the SuperBetter app on your mobile phone, follow these steps: 

  1. Open the SuperBetter app on your mobile phone. 
  2. Tap the “Secret Lab” Icon in the lower right of the screen. 
  3. Select the “Settings” icon in the upper right. 
  4. Scroll down to the “Notifications” section. 
  5. Click “Reminder Notification”
  6. Select the time of day for your reminder.
  7. Toggle the switch to green to receive notifications, gray to turn them off.
  8. Return to “Notifications”.
  9. Click on “App Settings” then “Notifications” 
  10. Toggle the switch next to “Allow Notifications” to turn them on or off

If the toggle switch is green, push notifications are turned on. If the switch is gray, push notifications are turned off.
