Solo Play is similar to the old version of SuperBetter in many ways:
- It uses the same SuperBetter methodology that is validated in published studies to improve mental health and resilience.
- It includes a library of challenges (formerly called Power-Packs) to play on your own to grow your mental health, emotional wellbeing, social relationships and physical resilience. There are now more than 40 solo challenges in the library.
- You can go for personal epic wins by creating your own challenges.
Key differences are that the design of the app is more contemporary, there is more focus on a daily goal to 'win the day', the ally experience is much simpler, the Secret Lab has more features, and images cannot be uploaded for custom activities.
