Winning the day is a great accomplishment. You should feel great about stopping for the day.
A great thing about SuperBetter is that you can build your resilience without a lot of time each day. In the studies evaluating SuperBetter, playing for just 10 minutes a day was associated with higher resilience in less than 30 days.

Here are some options:
If you have a Hero account, you can select another Solo Play Challenge, or a Squad Challenge if a Host has invited you.
If you have a Player account, you can play a second Squad Challenge if a host has invited you.
Activate unlimited Power-ups! With either account, you can activate unlimited Power-ups each day. Just go to an active Squad Play or Solo Play Challenge and find the orange tile with a '+' to the right of the Power-up activities. Click it and you will find a list of Power-ups that you can activate. The Power-ups are sorted by type of resilience.
If you want to use this time to balance your whole-person resilience, head to your Secret Lab and see which type of resilience has the lowest score, then go to the Power-up list for that type of resilience and activate a few Power-ups.
