As you play SuperBetter, writing Notes can help you remember ideas and turn them into action. At the top of every activity you will find a ‘notes’ icon. Clicking the icon opens a place for you to write your reflections, ideas, thoughts and plans. Some Quests specifically ask you to write in your Notes, but you can also add Notes at any time, for any reason that is useful to you.
Your notes are a private place. What you write in your notes is visible only to you - not to Hosts or other players.
You can find the Notes you’ve written in the Reflections tab of your Secret Lab.
