The mental health of youth and young adults has been declining for a decade, and made worse by the pandemic. SuperBetter’s gameful methodology and science is uniquely suited to play a major role to address the youth mental health crisis. Our Squad Play innovation amplifies our impact by making it simple for allies (teachers, schools, universities, therapists, etc.) to use SuperBetter as a tool to achieve their goals with the young people they serve.
We can’t treat our way out of the youth mental health crisis. Ending the crisis requires going upstream of the problem, and empowering young people with the skills, resources and environment they need to reduce the prevalence of anxiety and depression. We are working to fill the gap for prevention that is readily-accessible, evidence-based and globally-scalable.
